This is the Best Time to Find the Best Stuff on CL

Patio furniture is something that you don't find very often on CL, but if you're going to find it, this is the best time of the year. People have a lot of reasons for selling stuff in the spring. They may be moving, graduating from school or cleaning house. I find that most of the people who try to sell something just want to get rid of it.
